1. Shipping Methods

For bulk production orders, we can assist in arranging sea or air freight services through our partnered logistics providers. If you require details regarding specific shipping routes or estimated transit times, please feel free to contact us.

You may also choose to use your own freight forwarder to handle shipping based on your needs.

2. Shipping Insurance

We do not purchase shipping insurance by default. Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, we will not be liable for any losses incurred during transit or customs clearance in the destination country due to force majeure events such as loss or delays.

To ensure the safety of your shipment, we recommend that you arrange insurance based on the commercial invoice value of the goods to effectively mitigate potential shipping risks.
