Our Quality Control System

We have established a comprehensive and rigorous quality control process to ensure that every product meets the high standards set by our brand.

Quality control is integrated throughout the entire production process: our QC personnel conduct regular inspections of semi-finished products during manufacturing. After production is completed, we systematically sample 30%–40% of each batch for final inspection.

The inspection covers the following key aspects:

Measurements: Ensure all dimensions fall within the tolerance range specified in the approved size chart.

Fabrics and Colors: Verify that the fabric composition, hand feel, and color match the approved standards.

Prints, Embroidery, and Decorations: Inspect the size, alignment accuracy, and craftsmanship of patterns and decorative elements.

Defect Inspection: Identify flaws such as stains, tears, holes, color deviations, or snags that may affect appearance or functionality.

Trims and Labels: Confirm that buttons, zippers, care labels, hang tags, and other accessories are correctly selected and positioned.
